These are people who actually remember the art and craft of restoration. Good show.
Over here in North America, the process would involve taking the body shell down to bare metal through media blasting and then throwing 90 % of the original body away.
Then we would order new foreign made body panels. Then, stitch them together and brag that we've restored a classic vehicle.
Our decline as a culture in the new world can be observed as manifesting itself in many ways, but it really comes down to laziness and disrespect for the past.
