  1. For the Newbie if you are actually trading in the crypto space and you don't have a sound mentor. Then you are certainly going to get liquidated in 90% of your trades. Yeah that's sad truth. I remember when i just got into crypto back in 2019 but later in 2020 i ended up selling it because i have lost alot trading all by myself without a guide. Got back into crypto early in 2024 with $20k and I'm up with $232k in a short period of time

  2. The supplied link should be the source of where the clip came from, right? At least, thats what i thought that was for. Always disappointed when the one clip gets me very interested in wanted to watch the whole interview, and it goes to some other video. Imagine watching a trailer for one movie, clicking on it, and a diff movie starts playing.

  3. That guy got too selfish. “Can we leave this behind now and move on?!” THERE. He doesn’t want to deal with the feelings of others. Their hurt, pain, disappointment, whatever it may be – he doesn’t want to hear it, let alone handle it.
That’s what makes you a VERY BAD leader. If you don’t acknowledge and deal with someone’s feelings you caused, you lose them. They may stay, but you lost their trust.

  4. What a powerful episode! Thank you, Dan!

I am part of the Maxwell Leadership Team. I saw you in Orlando, FL, in August. You spoke at our IMC. I also was on the Zoom call you did with Chris Robinson! You added so much value to us, Dan! THANK YOU! I am a faithful follower now!

In 2015, I read the 15 Invaluable Laws of Growth. That book transformed my life. It empowered me to make the shift from "GOAL ORIENTED to GROWTH ORIENTED."

In 2018, I joined the John Maxwell Team! I'm now a certified international speaker, coach, and trainer!

One of the best things I've learned from John is being GROWTH ORIENTED. After being mentored by him and other top-notch leaders on the team, this is what I've learned about growth:

    PERSONAL GROWTH:

“People Who Keep Learning Always Have a Future.”

“If you focus on goals, you may hit goals—but that doesn’t guarantee growth. If you focus on growth, you will grow and always hit goals.” – John C. Maxwell

    1. GROWTH IS THE ONLY GUARANTEE that tomorrow will get better.

✓ Develop a Passion for Personal Growth.

✓ Prepare fotomorrowow instead orepair yesterdayay

✓ Do not Go through Life; GROW through life.

✓ Hope is not a strategy

✓ Your Next Level of Living is Going to Require a Better You.

    2. GROWTH IS CHANGE.

✓ If we do not change, we do not grow; if we don’t grow, we are not living.

✓ Growth demands a temporary surrender of security.

✓ It may mean giving up on:

    >Familiar but limiting patterns.

    >Safe but unrewarding work.

    >Beliefs that are no longer believed in.

    >Relationships that truly lost their meaning, and

    >Thinking that cannot take us to the next level of living.

    3. GROWTH IS THE GREAT SEPARATOR: (between those who succeed and those

    who do not)

✓ We all begin at the same level.

✓ Every day, I climb the mountain of personal growth. It is not easy because it is uphill.

➢ If I am climbing every day, that means:

    1. I am not on the top. I will never get to the top. (There is no finish line

    to it.)

    2. If I climb this growth mountain every day and you people around me

are not, soon we will be separated (Physically, Emotionally, Mentally,

    Spiritually.)

✓ We determine how far we go, how high we go, and how much we grow.

✓ There is no finish line.

    GOAL:GROWTH

    Goal Focus on Destination,

    Growth focus on the
    Journey.

    Goal Motivates People,
    Growth Matures People.

Goals are seasonal, Growth is lifelong

    Goals Challenge People,
    Growth Changes (Transform) People.

    4. GROWTH IS JOY:

✓ JOY is better, deeper, more satisfying than happiness.

    5. GROWTH ISN’T AUTOMATIC: IT IS INTENTIONAL.

  5. Outstanding interview. I'm still learning about John Maxwell, but the more things I read and get to listen to from him have been profound, to say the least. Dan, keep bringing the heat, and I'm enjoying your journey as well, brother, while I continue my growth to new heights.
