  1. I’m thinking about starting to do mobile welding, I’ve been doing welding for 2 years but I’m just a little nervous to start off. If there’s any tips you could give me I would appreciate it!

  2. I love your channel cause it shows real life shit. Every job isn’t always going to be sunshine and rainbows. Even the best welders run into unexpected problems all the time. Its about how you adapt on the fly, and Anthony is good at getting shit done!

  3. what rod were you running on this? 1/8 6010? Tell me if my idea here would be good, I would have rooted with 1/8 6010 and then would have prolly come back and cap with 7018 keeping the puddle mostly on my newer thicker material???

  4. A machinist I know made $36,000 in a weekend repairing some road construction equipment. It was going to cost the company something like $50,000 for every day they went over and they were like "do whatever it takes to get it done"

  5. I cant belive that they paid 500 but im happy for you if they did.. id prolly charge like 100€ if its at my shop and 200€ if i had to do it at night in a car park. Maybe im undercharging though..

  6. Basically charged him 500 dollars for a shitty weld.. you are not on call Youre not a master welder or fabricator. Nothing of what you did displayed any type of knowledge in your trade. A half ass welder could’ve done the same for half the price. Either way that trailer is being scrapped

  7. My only suggestion would be to do a 100% weld – stitch welding it strengthens it but doesn't keep water out.
As it is, water WILL get under the patch and start to rot it out again and not be visible and since it gets submerged it will get soaked under the patch and it is salt water (looks like it anyway).
After all, it did already rot out from the water it was in.
