This is a special fan because it is the highest speed 12v 120mm fan I currently own. It is rated at 7,400rpm and I’ve had it peak at 4.7amps power draw, and the minimum speed defaults to 2,300rpm at 0% duty cycle. The maximum rate of flow it can achieve is 255cfm.
