  1. One of the saddest episodes of abandoned you've done, this time not because of the poor state of the building rather than how this awesome building in good condition still doesn't survive. Its simply criminal the waste of resources that has occurred here, the effort and energy gone into such a creation only to be destroyed a few years later is unacceptable. Again beautifully captured in a respectful video to live on in Proper People's history logs.

  2. CBRE, or CB Richard Ellis, is a commercial real estate owner who leases and sells commercial properties around the globe. You'll usually see their big green "for sale/lease" signs on empty and abandoned lots. That Healthcare division must've been part of their employee benefits program.

  3. You guys just go above and beyond making these videos. The research and explanations along with the photos and especially all of the old advertising videos in this one, is what makes this the best urbex channel on YouTube.

  4. The amount of abandoned buildings that are perfectly usable is staggering…and a little depressing, to be honest. Such disregard for resources, the architects who made it, and the constructors' blood, sweat and tears.
    Thanks for sharing your explorations!

  5. Why is it always the beautiful buildings that get demolished and the ugly ones left standing.. its just like the whole world is screaming "You will never have nice things again, let the missery sink in!"

  6. I haven't been near this building, hell I don't even live in the US but I'm sad nevertheless 😥 This would make a neat expo/convention place. Or maybe another office if 2-3 companies would team up and buy it together. Maybe even some residential place with necessary services downstairs? There are so many possibilities. All that marble, wood and glass which will break when the ball hits… Such a pity it'll be demolished :((
Edit: the only decay is some fake ceiling coming off? Man, this place didn't deserve to be demo'd 🙁
