My bike is 5 years old but till date the fork seal is in good condition not a single oil stain on the fork so my question is it necessary to change the fork seal or can I change the fork oil only????? Pls reply

I actually repair my own bike but doesn't know what size or what to buy.
There is no mechanic 10km radius in my area, that's why i have this kinda difficulties. I usually buy parts when i visit city.

I haven't found a single video with front suspension adjustment to make it tight or softer, everyone is either fixing oil leak, bent suspension,rebuilding and stil 90% videos of rear suspension adjustment appear.
