Aww, what a drag 😢
A bunch of donor boards to strip for parts… great 👍
Anyone know of any vids of anyone repairing multi-layer PCBs? I'd like to see how it is done.
I think it s @TronicFİx's job 😀
is it came from Linus 🙂
At least they make great donor cards :p
Why was the 2nd card a no fix? Does the hook contain any important traces? I wouldn´t care too much for the hook…
Are these LHR? If not, then a mining rigg tipped over somewhere 😂
Painful video😔👌
Want part 2 pls ❤
why the card is not fixable ? may be there is a solution to fix those cards and solve the problem.
it Hurts so much 🙁
Kids are to blame because they are impatient and dumb. They can't depress the pci slot tab because they are clumsy and uncoordinated but mommy buy me only the best.
And do you really believe that the person who sent it knew these signs were garbage? Isn't there a chance that the person won't know? In my opinion you shouldn't charge for the quote, in my opinion this is part of the risk of your business.
I was about to suggest two gpu repair guys or channels, they can fix most of these
Those Asus TUF 4090s do come with a little metal anti-sag thingy, I have one I bought at launch and it's still working
Donor Asus BOARDS are FREE for today! 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Definitely the manufacturer should Include a bracket Adjustable bracket Pennies on the dollar
Wow! ASUS has really gone down in quality. They charge a damn fortune for these cards and yet they're using cardboard to make the boards! That's just pathetic. I learned a lot watching. Thanks!
didn't someone already come to the conclusion that these cracking pcbs were caused by shipping damage to prebuilts?
the company is to blame
The Gigabytes card actually come with a good brace that goes on the motherboard, if you don't install it I would consider it a user error
That tweezer is deemed a no fix
ill keep my 3070
NorthridgeFix to answer your question – buyers. They wanted overpriced Nvidia 4090 cards with massive heatsinks, well they got it.
Instead not support nvidia and NOT buying those cards. I have no remorse for those who didnt get cards refunded. You learned lesson hard way.
Use a GPU support and you won’t have any issues. My 4090 came with a support and said it must be used, if you know it’s an issue and ignore it, it’s on you.
This is so disheartening to watch. Why can't the manufacturers take responsibility for this?
all they are good for is their components for more fixes 💣💣
4090 reminds me of big heavy computers from the 50s where obscene amounts of electricity were required to power them and they ocupied an entire room.
Too big too heavy too power hungry
HAIL ASUS !!!
can l get one 4090 for free those are broker🙂
The difference between a "damage" and a "video" is one syllable. 😊
Can you make the cracked card into external gpu.?
Man I'm just love you in Allah . I also noticed the ☕ and man we here in Egypt never work without the cup of tea
We should blame you as you promised better than factory
The manufactur knows this going to happen at least they should provide a support for the cards or they should warn users about this.
If he does watch the videos he should be aware that a decent crack is a no fix and saved himself some postage.
I guess those could still be sold for their cores and memory, right?
WOEW!!!!! (Roughly} $38,000.00 worth of video cards ready for the landfill. Only good for spare parts for what, MORE broken 4090's? Some type of mechanical support is definitely needed. Feel sorry for this customer, that's an expensive mistake sending all those at once, he should've sent 'one' to Alex first. They apparently don't understand that these boards are multi layer and almost impossible to repair. Even if you did they'd just break again. There is NO way of making a lasting fix here unless you could acquire brand new unpopulated boards and transferred all the components over to them. There again, NOT feasible. 🤦♂
This is definitely user error. Asus provides a anti sag stick you need to use. If you don’t it’s your risk.
Just wondering, are these "no fix" because it wont be possible to actually repair the traces? or because once they're repaired, its just not possible to be able to install these video cards because there is no way of strengthening the board again?
6:13 😂😂
From the same guy trying to scalp these cards for more then there worth 😂 some fishy smelly guys trying to over inflate the game.
Curious, why didnt the costumer ask if you're willing to repair 19 cards with cracked PCB before sending it in?
