Hey Jason! Just found your channel and love it. Liked and subscribed. Does a longer 6ft-10ft cable cause a phone to charge slower? Thanks!
Ever thought of hot swapping it?
HI, what device do you use to monitor charging voltage and current ? It looks line a dedicated oscilloscope with différent usb ports
Thank you for all your interesting vidéos
Don’t forget to drink your coffee jason!!
Solid work as always
@ststele I changed my screen on my iPhone 12 everything went fine BUT now when i wireless charge it the screen starts random selecting apps and scrolling the screen any ideas were i went wrong plz
Thanks Jason. 👍👍
9:10 My Samsung S9+ is almost 6 years old and my screen doesn't even have one scratch on it and i don't even use screen protection …
I do not know how Android users do not use automatic backup ?
was anyone else waiting for Jason to whisper "LG logo" @ 10:23 😁
This is great. It is always good to watch this!
Excellent bit of content, nice to see your attention to detail it's most unusual, I 25 years ago was working essentially alone on SMT assembly I hand fitted tens of thousands of ram chips and the surface tension of the flux is really the route to make quality , I had really no specialised tools , I used a TempControlled Antex 50 watt iron with 2mm tip and 60/40 lead solder bleed grounded and powered via two isolation transformers , I also made focussed IR heaters , pantograph style micro manipulators, and a really cheap and easy vacuum pickup tool , hot air was a heavily modified paint stripper style blower, I had a polarised light magnifier that was really good , tremble is a real issue hence the micro manipulators
Just a need to know can you tell me how to keep iPhone 15 charge port a clean or how to as lighting was easy to clean
I hate when ppl ask me to work on the blu dollar general phones, I swear this week has been eye pad week for me
You are alive
I’ll second the I haven’t done any soldering let alone micro soldering crowd. Love watching your videos, watching your problem solving process is really interesting and the calm, methodical and kind way you work is lovely to watch. Keep it up, you make these “simple” jobs just as interesting as the goose chases to watch
Hi Jason, great video as always, have you got a link for the USB current/voltage meter you use? Can't see it linked in the description. Thank you
Nice, I just did my first LG port of the same style for 3 weeks ago. It was a Stylo 3 . Now I used 63-37 leaded wire to install. I wonder if I should be using something different?
Anyways it was a great conquest on my part even though it was only 11 points altogether desoldering/ soldering I was super proud of the end result. Lol.
As always great stuff Jason. Love your videos
You are the man buddy it's amazing what you do
Glad to see regular posts again. I REALLY miss doing board work
Hello sir im a long time subscriber of your channel .i want a help for samsung Note 9 camera ic value please
❤
Always love learning different techniques! Look beauty!
You see the customer is always right.
You're really good in fixing phones. I've been hearing and seeing concerns about iPhone 13 Pro Max green screen issue. what are your thoughts about this, could this be just an isolated case or, is common with 13PM? is the screen fixable or just need a straightforward replacement of the whole screen and lcd?
Another great video ! What USB amp meter are you using when you test for amp draw if you don’t mind me asking? Thanks
Smashing as always Jason, that port looked perfect.
I give you 11 out of 10 ha ha 😀
Thanks Jason, a nice change from iPhones
Heya, that's a nice and easy repair and the soldering is perfect
Great repair. love your videos, straight to the point and no drama. Excellent.
3:27 can you provide link for those twezers they looks good !
I can call this repair a juicy soldered 100% nice 😛
Hello Jason :). I don't know about you, but I love the straightforward repairs. It's so nice swapping something out and it just fricking works, you're done, you get paid, and can move on to the next thing. I fix so many game consoles I probably know as much as a lab technician at Sony, but man it is so nice when swapping a Southbridge is all the damn thing needs.
Very tidy soldering job. I was half expecting you to whisper 'LG Logo' when it booted
2:47 Mmm, fat juicy wick, and nice juicy fast repair. Thanks for the video Jason
What great work!!
Any job to do with microsoldering is challenging, Instructional, and Entertaining to watch. Don't listen to the whiners. Great Repair and Video. Thank You!
You made that look simple. Good job!
Nothing but super easy jobs this year, wouldn't you want something with a bit of challenge for a change?
