  1. Gray – get to see you! I bought my second Z9 from you earlier this week. For use as a cine camera in Ruaha in June- Keep up the good work. I am in Devon so I almost never come and see you in person.

  2. Ive bought several items from Gray's and have been fortunate to be served by Gary. The first camera being an F3 and the last Camera from Greys being a D4's, also several lenses. While there is sometimes a slight premium to buy from Gray's , the overall value, customer service and the way you feel when you leave Gray's is truly something else. They back what they sell and they value their customers dearly. There are not many retailers in general where you can experience this. Great to see this channel.

  3. So good to Gray again! A living legend. I know your under a lot of pressure Kon and having the boss sitting there. Great live chat! As they always are. Nikon Owner magazine is the greatest. Rumors are out about the Z6III as I sit here holding my new Zf with the 40mm. The 35mm Pergear looks good on it as well! Gray you need to write a book Sir! It would be a best seller.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all of you and your families. πŸŽ„πŸŽ…πŸ». Oh and Kon, I spoke to Santa told him you’ve been good all year! He said you’d get something special.

  4. It’s so wonderful that Gray was able to recount his early history and origin story as he and his shop is a legend in the Nikon community. Not to mention all the people he’s known along with associated anecdotes. I still remember the names of the shops Gray mentioned such as Fox Talbot from reading the ads in Amateur Photographer magazine as a teenager. I eagerly look forward to seeing more of Gray in future livestreams.

  5. Gray is a gentleman and a class act – it would be amazing to hear more of his stories working in the music and photo industries. And as a cat person I appreciate how cats played a part in the Grays of Westminster origin story πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘ Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you both and the team at Gray's

  6. As usual not able to watch live but such a great discussion going down memory lane, great to listen to Gray's adventures going from shop to shop and seeing what he has accomplished in his career. Cheers to you both, have a blessed holiday season and look forward to next year, take care – Jeff

  7. Despite a much missed Becky, one of your most entertaining interviews to date. Your suggestion of a follow up would be welcome as would a photographic walk with the two of you when it all gets a bit nicer!

  8. Very interesting history of your journey to Grays of Westminster. I was living in England in 1969 as part of a contingent of the US Air Force. My camera of choice was the Nikon F which I had purchased in Okinawa where I was previously deployed. I traveled around England a lot and made photos of everything that interested me. Nikon is still my favorite camera brand and over the years, I've bought and used every pro Nikon film camera. I still have them and use them on a regular basis. Except for the FTn head, that first Nikon F is still working just fine. Those early pre Ai lenses are still in use too. If Gray's had been in business then, I would have shopped there.
