We’ll burn out the lower body today with 9 dumbbell leg exercises done in a strict set format.

Do you have a lactic acid 'shake out' work out? What do you recommend to keep moving in between episodes of intense soreness or DOMs?
Thanks for another great workout. I’m a few days behind but got it done! I went lighter on the lunges because of a weak knee but did them all.

Holy BANANA's! That was pure fire! Especially those butterfly bridges, it was a struggle to stand up to do the next 10 lunges! Lunges are my progress goal move this year and I'm pumped to say I'm so happy with how well I did the 100 plus all the others in the workout! Love setting a goal and seeing the determination there is once you've set it as a goal!
as i missed day 2 upper body after this workout i did day 2, and oh my goodness 100 lunges + 100 push ups who wouldve thought!! i feel amazing! Mil gracias💟
I loved this format! 8 months postpartum yesterday and in the last 2 weeks I have been finally getting sweaty and feeling strong again. Such a good program to challenge you and remind you just how strong you are.
The best part is we’re doing 100 of things but it’s in top of other exercises in 20 minutes!! Love it and so does my 2 year old. She loves seeing you on the tv and trying to do her banana push-ups!

Did this one at 10pm 😅 my lower back started bothering me quick (carry over from the kettle bell swings) so I dropped the weight for lunges but still did 100!

This workout and the pushup day have been the toughest forme,I had to slow it down a bit but still crossed the finish line .Wow 🙂

Holy bananas this one was fire! I was terrified to do all the lunges because I have a bad knee from a previous car accident and it usually doesn’t do well with lunges. But I did it and I feel so strong! Thanks ladies! 🎉

When I saw 20 lunges jumps at the end, I thought it had to be a joke, really surprised myself that I was able to finish them strong!

I couldn’t finish the entire workout cause my lower back pain started right at the fifth workout and 60th lunges….. well next time definitely

I was dreading the lunges more than push ups. I am not as fast as you Lindsay & Rachel. I decided to go with 25# each hand and paused the video so I didn't feel rushed. I finished aaaaaand got all 20 jumping to finish. NML team ❤ you rock and so does everyone like me knocking this out however we can
I absolutely loved this one!!! Feeling so so strong. Really surprised myself with how much energy I had on the final lunge jumps ! Loved the rotational lunge, and elevated lateral squat too. My favourite leg day we’ve done!!

This was spicy! I channeled my inner Lindsey and used my 20’s for the lunges. While I was a few lunges shy of 100 in the end, I kept pushing on. My legs are feeling it a few hours later but in a good way – strong!
Day 8 is in the books! This challenge is flying by. Favorite move was the new unilateral squat with other leg on the bench to the side. We need a fun name for it!
I have just LOOOOVED MetCon so much and this Leg Day was amazing… I esp. love the unilateral training incorporated in this workout. Turning on the TV to follow along with your workouts is so motivating… I just love the NML team so much!
In the last 10 lunges I literally said, "At least there were no plyometrics." Then you had to go pull out the bonus move 😂😅🙌
