Good job mate! Whenever I build a bike and it starts up for the first time is a fantastic feeling! Billy big balls.
Love it! Well done for persevering, the merc tech is a legend too. You cracked me up talking about catching the rats๐
Rats tend to frequent sewers, they certainly did in mine until I put a rat gate in the main manhole. Any chance they are coming up from a sewer?
Magic! Glad you got it sorted in the end, your perseverance is inspiring. Hopefully you can get back to the build now. Oh and did you managae to get the rat?
Good work, sense of achievement 10/10, I fear for the car in the background!!!
yea well done. Just a note rats hate strong smells. We had 'one?' getting our loft and causing damage. we then tried scattering those Lenor laundry scent balls every where, not only does the loft smell lovely but ratty has never come back.
well done mate and top marks to you and the tech who help you sort the mess out . good luck getting it all back together and keeping the rats n mice out from now on top job mate ๐๐ป๐๐ป
Woooo! Now lets just hope the rodents stay away!
Now yr so good on electrics, what about an electric fence ๐
Are none of yr buildings suitable for use as a garage?
๐ well done, sorted!
Bloody brilliant!!! ๐๐๐๐.
Love the out takes too!
Result!
You need to leave the rat traps for a couple of days so they get used to its presence.
Then they will try and take the bait. Cheap peanut butter always used to work for us.
The metal traps work better than those plastic ones but be careful of your fingers.
I don't believe it! I lost faith when you pulled the dash! What a crazy roller coaster of events and to think you put back together and it runs is amazing. Way to go mate!
Those rats are another issue. You better keep the bastards out of your house especially if their as cagey as it seems they are. Damn- I still don't believe you fixed it.

๐ reminds me of playing Theme Hospital and getting to shoot a load of rats at the end of a level.
Wow got the thumbnail in 4 shots, used to take me at least 30. ๐
Well done mate! Bloody rats ๐ are a nuisance, not long had my adblue pipes replaced as the little buggers had chewed through them ยฃ800 odd laterโฆ then find out itโs a common problem cos they like the โeco friendlyโ soy based insulation on the wires ๐คจ
Have you checked the other vehicle for rodent damage aswell ?
Awesome man ! Had me on the edge of my seat that mate ๐๐
I am so relieved I can now sleep. I am guessing your next video will be you in full camouflage on a mission ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ well done and absolute credit for you for backing yourself and just getting stuck in and keeping going. Fair play mr Merc man too ๐
Well done you ๐
Watched this as i was working on a generator someone hadn't run in 15 years. Pleased to say after much tinkering its working fine๐ค๐ช๐ฎ๐ช
kin yes mate! ๐๐๐๐
Move the food source, lay a bait trail to a bird feeder somewhere else and they'll follow it, otherwise they'll be eyeing up that Range Rover for pudding! …….. This plan Worked for us …… And the Pied Piper obviously ๐
We got a little dog who'll get those rats ๐
Itll be a bit messy ๐คฃ
Get some poison traps and put them around the area.
Yeeeeeeeessss!
Yessssss, fair play for sticking it out ๐ช๐ป
Ok this is based
Well done on finding that fault and happy hunting ๐
Didn't doubt you for a second, but no more nuts in the van ๐
Well done Aiden good persistence. Canโt wait for you to get back on the build though.
Impressive… Well done.
Congrats dude, persistance paid off!! A tip with the rats (if youโre not a good shot! ๐), save some ash from a fire/wood burner and when itโs dry sprinkle it along the walls around where you see them running about. They canโt stand the ash on them or in their fur and they bugger off somewhere else. Was an old tip a pig farmer gave me when I got infested with the buggers when I got some chickens and it worked a treat!.
Well done! That's perseverance… oh and I'd assumed you'd Photoshopped the flames on the stick! ๐
Rats are smart. Just rat bait them.
Absolute hero
Well done mate. Amazing news that ๐๐
Congratulations!
