Autoline what is wrong with you? Something like a billion a year goes to Tesla simply from the carbon credit mafia which is free hard cash to Teslas bottom line from gas car making companies like Honda and Toyota. It’s not from making great cars; it’s theft! Who actually needs a 1300hp electric car? Who are you advocating for? Certainly not for the truth.
Maybe you should ask Joe White why Reuters keep doing misleading stories about Tesla the next time he's on After Hours.
BYD
Aston Martin is a dinausor.
"Keep your eye on the bottom line; that's where most of the important numbers are." Warren Buffet called, he wants to rent that line.
Rivian looks to goofy .I would not buy at any price
Meanwhile, Tesla's manufacturing is operating at 99.9% capacity. LOL
8:22 100 miles or 62km, I'll take the 100 miles then.
Iona, great to have more chargers, but rival superchargers, come on lol. Aston still slow than an MP3, hilarious
Great job Sean… good to see someone explaining the numbers. Rather than just repeating the BS headlines that always bury Tesla.
Either I or you are confused on Rivian pricing. I thought Rivian introduced a base model that had pricing that was below the next higher trim model. I don’t recall them cutting prices on any trim configuration.
8:22 Obvious flip mentioned for your pleasure: eVToL100km / 62 miles
+ Tesla broke the mith that you need skinny tires to get great economy say goodbye to Prius donuts we get over 125 MPGE how’s that
Including many Things other car companies don’t even offer this is big
+ very few options much fewer options than other cars = more car for the money
Tesla would be profitable into the future if it wasn’t for BYD et al. ‘Old Joe’ might be able to meddle helpfully……right Elon ?. (should have been doing work in the office Elon)
BYD is more efficient and vertically integrated than Tesla……..and without government meddling Tesla is in decline increasingly. Unit numbers and margins from ageing limited choices is a disaster brought on by an occasional CEO.
It’s over.
Crowd torches Waymo self-driving car in San Francisco
The incident was not the first time people harassed self-driving cars, but its severity signals growing public hostility toward the vehicles.
Source: Automotive News
A driverless Waymo car collided with a cyclist in San Francisco on Tuesday causing minor injuries and the incident is being reviewed by the state's auto regulator.
Not sure if the above is related to the totaling of the car.
The headline should be "legacy OEMs banding together to cash in on Biden's charging network subsidies, following in the footsteps of Electrify America's shoddy network, built mainly for VW to reduce their hefty Dieselgate fines.
I hope to be wrong and it's actually a network worth using, but not optimistic based on legacy track record.
It's about time the automakers banded together to fix the lack of a cohesive recharging network if they expect EVs to be taken seriously. with the government footing the bill.
Legacies claim EV demand is bad, when it's just their lazy compliance EVs. And then France cuts EV subsidies because of "too much" demand for EVs, lol.
