Helldivers 1 vet tip, you reload slower when you reload on an empty mag. leaving at least 1 or the least you can time to lessen ammo wastage in the mag allows quicker reloads. DISC: does not apply to all weapons. like guns with internal magazines / box magazines etc. 😀 have fun delivering democracy Helldivers.

The pc port also just needs better optimization. I’m running a i7 10700 with a 3060ti and only get 40 to 55 fps at most in a mission with reasonable settings.

Your issue with the copyright is due to them using nProtect Gameguard that's known to have so many compatibility issues with games and software, which you have experienced. Its literally causing my game development software to crash, because its literally blocking it. which lead me to do more research on this thing and found out their so called "protection has had breaches in the past and has serious vulnerabilities that's listed on CVEdetails: [Vulnerability Details : CVE-2005-0295 npptnt2.sys in nProtect Gameguard provides unrestricted I/O to any process that calls it, which allows local users to gain privileges] Fact its a rootkit that's always running on the system unlike easy anti cheat has me worried, cause if they knew about this vulnerability their liable for any type of damage etc. Sadly I cant even play the game because of their dumb nProtect Gameguard as I need my software for my commissions… so i have to have the game uninstalled.

5 days later it’s working a lot better on pc, while still having some basic network connection issues and a the occasional ctd

I'll take bugs that'll be fixed and maxed graphics at 165Hz over console 7 days a week.
Enemies remain unchanged on different difficulties. Theres just more of them and more dangerous variants.

I won't be buying this game until they change their anti-cheat. nProtect Gameguard has one of the worst reputations of any of them.
The devs claimed they are open to feedback, and that they would change it if players were negative about it, but so far they've only doubled down on nProtect. Even putting out a little blog about how it's actually not bad, and it's one of the best.
It's actually the cheapest. That's why they're using it. It's like a flat $30,000 for a license.
Works fine with me on pc and runs great!

Playing this game feels refreshing from how many games that been kinda poopy for the past couple years and being able to play with friends is pretty nice but too bad I don’t have friends 😅

I got this game cause of my buddy on pc and we were able to get into the servers by letting the into play out. If you skip it the game doesn’t work.
How does it make any sense to drop down from the ship in order to fulfill the objective of … extracting back to the ship? 😂
how is this gameplay loop so much more than compelling than many other games? i just dont get it. it looks just so basic to me. land on planet, shoot bugs, complete objetive, go home.
