Thank you! I really foun that interesting.
I like that car , it's pretty cool . So many cars over the years that I had no interest in are suddenly cool .
HA!… I'll Stop saying Sew.. So! lol! God bless.
Nice!
I'd offer that if you open it with th fabric folded toward the back of the roof (@40 sec) then the wind will fill the pocket like a sail and bends the frame. Just an idea, I've never owned a fabric top.
Thanks for another , Brother !
Looks like a Webasto fabric roof. German company, very popular back in the day.
Cheers!
Cheers! looking forward to seeing the finished product. The 5 will be an awesome car for a summer beater, Cya on Saturday!
Scott bends the bows…wonders why knee hurts. Amazing work as usual
Cheers Scott!
It’s French of course it’s deceptively well engineered!!
It’s a wee bit like the Citroen 2cv roof ? Tho that also rolls back like a towel too !
Always up to tackle something different, way to go Scott. Enjoy watching you do it.
This is cool work! Looking forward to more of the work!
Liked Scott’s approach to undertaking the resolution to an unknown problem potentially laden with unseen challenges. He digs in and discovers that it’s not such a big deal after all. I’ve left behind too many projects thought to be insurmountable but do so without really discovering what needs to be done. Great work, once again!
Great deal-Enjoy the short-ees at Mid morning coffee break for the shop.
Can't wait til Saturday!
Still my favorite channel
Thanks Scott for all you do!

They should get behind Garvey but they’re stupid and they want the state to be even shittier.
Instead of going Black Top again … possible to find a nice Plaid top ? Or a Flag ?
