One of the reasons A.I. has been so moderated and regulated
is that A.I. left on it's own often draws conclusions considered to be highly insensitive
and demeaning to the public. A few years back I was working with a friend in Israel
and our image generator was tasked to compose a image for the word criminal
using the entire database of many of millions of images. The composite would
have been rather offensive to many in the public if released. "Guide Rails" was the term
we referred to control A.I. from being too much like a 4 year old who says it exactly what it
sees and thinks.
