  1. Hey, I'm wondering how far does the screen tilt I have the feeling it is not 180 degrees.
Do you notice any keyboard rattling when playing music at high volume on the speakers?
And lastly, since the card reader is a UHS-I only, does it read UHS-II cards? (usually it's possible, I guess it's quite slower though)

  2. Hey man, can you help me choose between two legion gaming laptops?… The first one is legion slim 7 with rtx 4060 and i9 13900h… the second one is legion 5 pro with rtx 4070 and i7 13700hx… the two laptops comes with the exact same price.

  3. seriuosly thinking about buying this thank you! I would mostly 4k multi layered editing and im a little worried about the 4060. I guess ill just buy it and send it back if it doesnt work

  4. Awesome video! I wanted to add a second NVME drive and was wondering, did you need to add some kind of heat sink/thermal pad to the new drive or is it fine without? And if you did, what did you end up using?

  5. I noticed you added a new NVME drive, but when you booted up you have a Lenovo screen background, did you install Windows 11 on the new NVME and re-added the background image? Or did you somehow transfer the OS from the old NVME to the new?

  6. Lenovo is just dominating the non-Macbook world. From gaming (Legion) to business (X1 Carbon and T14), and extreme engineering (ThinkPad P16 with Nvidia GPU).

  7. 16" laptops should never have soldered wifi. A wifi card is small and it should be no problem fitting a socketed one. Further, if you're going to solder it, at least include the latest wifi version. Wi-Fi 6e is obsolete already and the laptop isn't even widely available yet

  8. Legion slim 5 14 OLED is 1/2 the price $1049 vs slim pro 9i 16 2024 $2200~ ,
    LS5: OLED display, 4060, 1TB, 16GB 6400. $1049 vs SP9i: miniled, 4050/4060, 1TB,32GB 7467, $2200…

  9. Hey, nice review…

I'm doubtful on choosing between this and macbook pro. How noisey this laptop gets when compared to macbook pro M3 pro ? If I use chome and code on Vstudio at the same time does it get loud?
    Thanks

  10. So I'd like to bring up the topic of battery life testing. I fully understand the need to test under normal conditions but wouldn't it make sense for you the presenter to test for your audience what battery life would be under more optimize conditions? Not trying to be rude just engaging in dialogue. I suspect most people who are trying to decide in buying are gonna want to know how it performs under those conditions.

  11. Hi, Im very torn between this and the new Legion 7i, I want to do heavy 3D work on it like run simulation in Houdini etc, but I want to do some solid AAA gaming like Alan Wake 2 etc, would you recommend this or the Legion 7i? they are so similar even in price point, only difference is Legion feeds on more power and is slightly less portable

  12. I bought this laptop and am having the exact same issue of being unable to update the Nvidia drivers. I almost returned it because I was afraid I just had a bad unit. This reassures me that if it's a widespread issue it should hopefully be fixed. Other that that, fantastic review, I'm also loving the laptop for the same reasons
