Lol, the pc port doesn't have a fidelity mode. As this an unofficial port, it can only run with dx11, where as fidelity mode would require dx12 for raytracing. So what you're seeing is actually performance mode vs performance mode.
Are there any lags with models or animations?
I have about this framerate, and i finished the game🎉
I do not see difference in graphic between them
I noticed that if you enable force 120 fps from launcher options, performance increases alot, with this i was able to finish the game
On PS5 the difference is more significant
