I drink Bulletproof coffee in the morning with "Vietnam Characteristics" Coffee with MTC oil, Butter, Honey and one raw egg. I blend the MTC oil, Butter, Egg and honey thoroughly (until foamy) and and the coffee. I love it. What do you think?

In an ultrasound they found two cysts in my left kidney, I hope that your remedies also help eliminate them.
Although the doctor told me not to worry, but I do worry, I shouldn't have them. I have never drunk alcohol, ever, I only drink water, not even juices, and I eat a very balanced diet, I don't understand why I have them. it's so strange.

And I agree with you the experience about after eating garlic, 😄 lemon juice I have experienced it effective, everytime after drink 2 liter water of squeeze half lemon juice , my urine shoot out like fire bridget speed.
