FYI: The switches sound much quieter in person, it’s hard to capture how quiet something is with recorded audio.

If you want a silent keyboard try epomaker sea salt silent switches there nearly silent and feel really nice

I've been using k55 for many years and never want to go back to mechanical.
I understand some people experience boards like mine as requiring a slightly firmer press and feel this either tires their hands or slows them down.
But I love that it's quieter than most keyboard and ice only bought two in…i don't know, how long ago did they first release it?

I can make any keyboard make noise, so people complain regardless of whether I brought my favorite keyboard from home to the job or not. They just seem overly sensitive to me, maybe shouldn't have become programmers if they cannot stand the sound of typing.
