I look "Downstream" at the farms, bathhouse and MILL where people will soon be dying of Cholera.
IMO the "Crow's Beak" is the best "Mace/Warhammer" option overall.
Also, you can actually "defeat" Bernard when practising. If you practise mace but fake weapons, it's just a bludgeon, the real weapon, so it will actually hurt his health when you poke his face. He rarely pokes your face so you lose health a lot slower. If you poke him enough the match just ends and he goes to bed.
When you are in combat in this game, it checks your attack and strength skill number against their defense. Do that's why the characters with higher level armour appear faster and more agile. So when you practise with Bernard without shields, you are able to land more hits on him. So always wear the best armour your strength will allow, even when doing fisticuffs. You will be able to be more agile in combat.
Hve you learned Mastr Strikes yet? If not, as him to train you with those. If you have, don't seek combat with real weapons… you are not good enough for that.
