If he was not a perma bear on the US market and actually understood what he was doing in that market the past year he would have been totally invested in the SPY and QQQ the whole time knowing they were going into a melt up scenario just like 1999. He and Zulauf among others in their league have prematurely scared a whole lot of people out of the markets the past year and WE have missed monster gains. I have had 70 percent of my funds invested in PMs since the end of 2018 but scared from the US equity markets for over a year now in my trading accounts by listening to people like him, Felix Zulauf, Peter Goodburn,Ted Oakley and a few other big name long time market forecasters who have consistently warned of a market crash about to start for a good year now.
