any non-combat ships are still valuable targets, especially any Ropucha still on the surface. other facilities can still support operations (planning, communications, personnel) and are still valid targets since russia hasn't left Crimea yet.

Can anyone explain if all these seemingly isolated strikes are leading towards something, or are these just targets of opportunity that get hit as they appear? For me, it would make more sense to hit multiple targets all at once, or in a specific pattern before a more direct assault. Otherwise, the time between strikes could give the enemy time to repair and regroup.
