Is the Nintendo 3DS considered retro yet? Of course not. Doesn’t stop me from feeling like going back to just play a bunch of 3DS games! Nintendo’s lineup on the handheld is consistently…

  1. Funny thing. After Cubic Ninja, OOT3d was the next game in line where an exploit was found that was then used for Softmodding. And unlike cubic Ninja, millions of copies of oot were already in circulation and still sold at retail. So cubic ninja was the game that started the fire but it was Nintendos own OOT that served as the barrel of gasoline that was dropped onto it.

  2. I don't know man, I love 3d Land. Its level design is better than 3d world. Sure it's fairly easy but it's a great time throughout. I never get bored playing it unlike the "new" series. It's a peak Mario game.

  4. I bought a new 3DS this year because the one I had for almost 10 years had a screen with desde pixels and I've already put like 300 hours into it in 4 months, so this video is great for me to search for gems in the 3DS gallery.

  5. I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on the Animal Crossing New Horizons in more detail. I personally did NOT like New Horizons, and it was the first Animal Crossing that I did not have any nostalgia for (I still have vivid scenes of me walking around my Wild World, City Folk, and New Leaf towns doing specific stuff). And I know I'm not alone. Yet there are also a bunch of people who absolutely adore New Horizons, and it's strange that its such a conflicting, divisive game.

  6. I remember getting a used 3DS that came complete with its accessories + the circle pad pro and a copy of Kingdom Hearts 3D. I decided to buy one since I really wanted to try Pokemon X & Y since that was at the time that I'm getting interested in Pokemon again after such a long time. Great time and tbh, for as great as the Switch is, I got to say as a handheld, I really love the 3DS. While the Switch has the most quality games (I still love the Switch, don't get me wrong) but something about the 3DS' library just feels unique only for that system, plus the backwards compatibility with DS games. I still play my 3DS systems (regular 3DS, 2DS and N3DS XL) on a regular basis

  7. So fun fact, Awakening was not the game to introduce Casual Mode. The DS actually got both of Marth's games as remakes, but the second only released in Japan. That game did an Avatar character and Casual mode before Awakening did. That is Japan only though so yeah Awakening basically did it for people internationally.
