Listen to those who have previously WORKED on board or who can describe the water ingress points, the degree of heel at which the boat can take on water or right itself, plus feedback from the crew.
See the design of the deck as well as the fore and aft sunken lounge/cockpits. Learn how the main saloon sliding doors slide open when healing over, causing another ingress point. Survey regulations only required the keel to be down when at sea…You will be enlightened.

Why was the yacht designed with recessed stairs on the side decks which often go under water when sailing hard or other conditions?
No one will ever know what happened its purely guess work for the media.
Who left open hatches in a storm. That’s criminal negligence.
The bottom line here is the fact that the boat must be brought to the surface to see if hatches or doors were left open; questioning crew members will not reveal that , they will claim hatches were closed; so the evidence needed to prosecute crew members is at the bottom of the sea, and until it is brought up, it will be difficult to prosecute crew members.
I was under the impression that the captain is the last person to leave a sinking boat?
The crew, including the crew, were heading into the lifeboat while 7 passengers were trapped and missing?

Re the keel – was it retractable…?
The baby. How come Mum was on deck with her baby.? How do you tread water in a storm with a baby above your head. How come most of the crew were not off watch and therefore drowned in their cabin. How come the keel had been raised which if lowered to its normal position would save the boat. How come the hatch was left open. How come the crew did not attempt to save the passengers?

It is a 100% design failure by this italian made boat and the italian judges are instructed to protect the local industry. Under such circumstances, any boat could have sank the issue is that it took 60 sec… why… easy, see the pictures there's js a huge low design with stairs in the back plus the door that access the mai desk does not close and open wne more than 15% angle…. 100% design failure. As an expert i can tell you only looking at yhe pictures and speaking with people that have served in this boat
