  1. Really nice series!! I think you should try to revise the buying prices… I mean, I'm sure you could try to "low ball" a bit more. Who will buy a non functioning console?

  2. Not sure you are are supposed to even have any voltage on the port when the meter is dark. Since USB-C can provide different voltages it would handshake with the USB charging chip first to know what voltage it wants. No handshake, no voltage.

  3. putting the old port back on is 100% something I would do. Being a old guy who was poor most my life, I don't understand how console people abuse their electronics so much. Seeing USB and HDMI ports all smashed up with scratches all around them confuses me. Do people just mash the cables at the back of the console?

  4. 7:37 For getting back white color on rubber and plastic you might try to use hydrogen peroxide gel, just put a nice ~2mm thick coat all over the surface, wrap it in plastic kitchen foil and let sit on Sunlight for a while. It should be bleached.
A friend told me to do that with my sneakers when white rubber became yellowish, stain like color, and it worked, got it back to white

  5. You need some of my luck to get this series finished! Ive just bought my first 3 PS5 disc editions for about Β£130 each. First just needed a clean, second a wifi module and 3rd a HDMI port.
I feel its leading me into a false sense of security!

  6. Assuming that the yellow stain is from a biologically-based oil or protein, applying a little bleach gel (on a q-tip or cotton ball) and leaving to to set for 5-10 minutes should remove that stain. Peace! <><

  7. hi, I am a eletronic hobbist in Brazil. Do you mind if I make a series like yours but in portuguese? But in my I will try fix everithing for a profit, from hair dryers to video games, the series will have similar objectives but in my on style. I will referece your channel in my new as inspiration. I will only start the channel with you blessing. I love your videos and eletronics. Keep going and inspiring others!

  8. Great job, im glad that you didnt do any PS5s this time since in my opinion they are more likely to be a lost cause and also they are more boring to work on compared to the handhelds.

  9. Yes, finally. The Switch profit is huge compared with ps5, even if you managed to fix one out of the two it's still not a loss. By a bunch and finish this series.
