I love Fields of Mistria and I'm so glad you played it and made this extremely well done first impression video! If you play more, I would love to watch a video about it!
My advice about FoM to everyone is to take it at a more relaxed pace than stardew. Time is faster but you walk faster but the map is larger to travel across – hence the days feel shorter. In some ways, it reminds me of older animal crossing games where you're discouraged from running and rushing around because it fades your grass. The game encourages you to slow down. You won't be able to do everything in one day in FoM so it feels best to relax and pick one or two things to focus on… also you can get perks to craft armor which increases your speed and also drinking coffee increases your speed too. What can I say, I want to relax but part of me also really wants to minmax!
