this is exactly why we need people from the humanities , in tech. SOME semblance of an ethics board.
laws are there, and need to be there, to nip business in the bud when they are on track to cannibalize the people of the country. to allow safe navigation for the people of the country from being controlled. government & business SERVE the people, they ought not rule over the people. government is a facilitator, business is a a pool of resources at a convenience.
