Turning the PC fans off isn't the greatest idea for your PC health in the long run. You should be able to change your fan speeds and misc. stuff in BIOS or through the fan brand software. I hope this helps, and thanks for the video.
Puddles! You should make an Aquarium 🙂 Would go along very nicely with the zooo. Also, "Noctua" brand and "Be Quiet" brand are 2 great brands for PC case fans. The Thermalright Peerless Assassin is a super quiet CPU cooler for like $35 usd. Just depends on where your sound is coming from. (though I really haven't noticed it in your recent videos)

I think your videos sound fine. Definitely keep your computer cool and healthy! But if you're worried about background noise (I've never noticed any) you could try a really long HDMI cord and record from another room 😆

You can change the fans in the pc to make it quiet. A really good fan to get is be quiet! Silent Wings Pro 4 120mm and there are lots of tutorials on YouTube. Also if the gpu is loud you can try cleaning it and make sure it is updated. In your bios you can change the fan speed to
