Luv this hair cut. I had something like it a couple years ago. How would u do it if u shaved the short side?

This is so 80’s. Please do a salon version. The short and long side are supposed to flow into one another. There isn’t supposed to be a perceptible change in length. It should be a ramp not stairs.
