I like your videos a lot😛😛😛
Just buy 190cc Daytona Anima engine. It has stock about 20hp or something.
You might have to clean your camera lens. It seems pretty hazy.
You can buy big valve heads cams springs ect for those engine
in these little engines the valves are almost always the first things to go.. so if i were you ide get upgraded valves ;]
Any chance the that 280zx is available for purchase?
Hey mate. Take a look at the yx190. Fuel injection is capable with the starndard manafold. 5 gears, oil out and in for cooler and/or turbo 👌. Later upgrades 4 valve head and 212cc bore kit 🤤. Looks like some Daytona parts fit yx190 🤷♂️
Get a new ZS190 or zs212 4 valve and bolt on turbo . Love to see this
Pls instal 150cc cylinder kit on this little monster
the valve springs are really soft on those so it might have hit the piston
1000cc superbike engine next?
Mate! That spark plug just made my day 🤣 Another great video brother 👍
u can bore out the head to fit a 150 cc bike piston in it with 150cc carb since in our country its a normal thing (people do it for racing by boring it to fit a bigger piston in it)
Yo bro the same thing happend to my quad its becouse of valve float my damange was way worse i made a hole in the piston and a piece of the valve got in my exhaust . Becouse i had it in much higher revs when it failed on me .
Daytona 4v 150 or 190.not cheap but would hold that boost a lot better 🤘
That's a bummer, hope u can find a nice replacement variant❤
They don't like to back fire They bend valve
the good thing about these motors is that I'm pretty sure that they use the same gearbox from bigger engines so this one can take the torque, also they are straight-cut gears so they are tough
also, throw some stiffer springs on that, usually they are flimsy (it has the same issue that those predator 212s)
Needs harder springs oil cooler and a thicker base gasket to lower compression & the rings to be gapped correctly
What went wromg? You bought a chines engine to cut costs! Buy Japanese. Buy once, cry once! Personally I would have bought a 2nd-hand 125cc Honda XR or similar for $200. Added binus? No ECUs!
Happy trails,Cowpoke
in thailand many people make drag bikes 110cc and above they sell many parts for this kind of motor you can try to buy parts there
Boost may be keeping the inlet valve open try to find stronger valve springs
tighter valve springs should help, valves will "release" and take in on faster rate
So with those motors when you first get them adjust the valves cause they don’t do it and that might be why it dropped a valve
It probably started floating. Either that or the chain stretched. The only way you ever break a valve is contact. BTW, your videos being my inspiration, im building my youngest son's old mini quad into a gigantic r/c drift car. Gonna have the body 3d printed by my little brother and im putting my sons old kx65 engine in it. The thing is gonna be a menace to society. I might put a FPV cam in it so i can rip around the neighborhood and chase coyotes and shit. Gonna be so rad.
My thought on what caused it is the timing on the engine if you retard it a little by turning the stator plate (if the engine has a adjustable stator) and will stop what some call valve bounce
Dude it would be so sick to put a big bore kit on it. That could be the best next upgrade that would bump the power up alot more
Don’t lower the compression there about 9:1 factory . I have a turbo 125 pit bike and you definitely need to not rev it out that high stock without a valve spring upgrade. I’m making 3 psi on two step and 9 wide open with a blow through carb setup .
