Now that the garage is 98% done, we can refocus back into the m3. Lots planned for the car for this season and I can’t wait to show you all the outcome! It’s going to be pretty amazing when it’s done.

  1. Hey man! Really appreciate you making these videos. You are super detailed and full of knowledge on all you do. Keep up the good job, I will be following you in which ever car you build!

  2. “I know I’m not some massive channel”… YET!! 😂 So glad I came across your channel. Your STI and garage build videos have inspired me to make my STI and my garage space my own. It’s a lot of work, but is so therapeutic and rewarding.

  3. Don’t do boot mod do mhd stage two plus boot mod is slow I gap them in my m4 with mhd and xhp and I don’t have crank hub done I hear people have the most issues after they go E

  4. +1 for doing the crank hub service. For myself, it would always linger in the back of my mind and sorta poison my driving experience with the car. I am glad I did it. No need to worry about it.

Also, no reason you can't do the crank hub service and install the crank bolt capture plate as well.

  5. I finally got a f82 m4 Manual 👌 went from a VA STi to FK8 Type R to the m4 🤣👌 m4 ftw wayy better than those other 2 lol also Blackline makes that intercooler cover in black. So glad you went with ARM downpipes! I was searching for resonated catless down pipes and only found 2 for under $500 ARM and MAD. So i bought all the products ARM stuff 👌

  6. Alot of people spin the crank on stage 2 cars. Mostly happens on dct models with the kickdown downshift, but I’ve seen it happen on both.

Doing the crank hub for piece of mind is worth it even on stock car imo.

  7. pretty sure crank hub stuff also comes down to how the car is being driven as well. a few good friends in Germany have never even heard of the issue and have bigger turbos, downpipe, etc and track the cars weekly without issue. its weird that we see minor issues with a car and then all of us hyper fixate on them. totally understandable if engines are blowing up and not being warrantied and its a manufacturer problem "cough subaru RTV oil pick up cough cough" but seeing people spin hubs from miss shifting at high RPMS and then being angry it happened is wild……. you miss shift any car at high rpms and speeds its gonna brake something. anyways, good shit I'm in an M4 myself and its been worry free so far
