Nice. My vote is white ceiling, no shelves.
My vote is definitely for a white ceiling! When we redid our garage we did the ceiling in white and the sides in a gray color and the white ceiling definitely helps with light and helps the space feel bigger. Plus I think with you have dark colored flooring a black ceiling may make the space feel more cramped and dark. Either way, very exciting stuff! Can’t wait to see how it turns out!
White ceiling is better in my opinion. The black ceiling just makes the space seem smaller and just doesn't look as nice
Skip the $1000 lights especially for 6 of them. So many other options that are far more economical while providing the same output if not more. Just depends on how much coverage you want.
I've been wanting to make my garage more than a storage area for stuff. Even turning mine into what you current have would be better. I am super interested to see you upgrade your garage to see what is possible… btw, not knowing your limits is grounds for losing your man card, so good on you for knowing when to hire someone to get a job done.
Black all the way! I did my garage with Bear (Pepper) from home depot on the ceiling and walls love it.
I think my comment got deleted but I left a comment saying that the paint code you're looking for is AC-25 if you want harbor grey.
Excited for this series ☝🏼🔥
😮 definitely matte black because of the gray color your going with.
Do the blaaaaack 😈
Also you need that ceiling hexagon LED lighting… Another idea is build a shed and get all your kids shit out of your garage, insulate your walls too
Ditch that garage door motor, and get a side mount motor, way quieter, less bars more head room, FTW
Congrats on undertaking this project, having a finished garage to pull into every night is a great feeling.
What replaced harbor grey?
I love the OG garage paint colors. I think a black ceiling would be the move for your garage. Looking forward to seeing this build!
