Every time I would get close beating the game, the game would crash, corrupt the data, and refuse to open until I deleted the game in settings. I got really close several times too.
This is version of Minecraft was my childhood
um what? I've beaten this version twice, and I'm no speedrunner genious. It is INCREDIBLY easy to beat. A little laggy at the end, but still pretty easy. You also went in incredibly unprepared.

Always questioned why they even released it on the 3DS. The hardware is way too old.

I unironically went for every achievement (execpt ocean monument stuff cus my world didnt generate them) bc i was in middle school at the time and played on the bus

2:00 the 3ds has a stylus literally built into it so you don't need to use your thumb for touchscreen menus. it's not exactly uncomfortable to have the stylus in your palm while you play. it's also not required, the directional pad (D-Pad) below the left stick works.
There is minecraft story mode music around 3 minutes into the video

I actually like this port. It has a certain charm to it.
I use to play Minecraft on my 3Ds and actually got as far as beating the Wither, I even had plans to beat the Ender Dragon but eventually stopped playing after a while. (I got distracted by Pokemon 😅)
12:38Ironically, the PSVita version does both of these better– It's portable and is quite literally a legacy console version, almost the same as what you'd get on an x360, PS3, etc.

I beat the game on the 2DSXL so its definetely possible
I got the cartridge version for Christmas from my aunt one year and it is buggy and laggy but I rather have it than a phone if I'm out and about (although rather use my phone and a controller if I can't use a console or PC for whatever reason)
