I keep telling people the MKE imports are the equivalent of the WASR for AK guys… is it just as good as an HK? No, but many are “good enough”. Great for guys making posties too
The recoil impulse looks like its a little punchy. Look into the 80 degree locking piece and grab some plus 2 and plus 4 rollers to set your gap. Itll shoot smoother and prevent roller bump

Just picked up the MAC5. SBR'd it, put on a H&K stock. Been comparing it to my H&K SP 5 and it is a nice clone. Mags are perfectly interchangeable and the included flash hider is a perfect fit on the H&K. Time will tell on the MAC 5 with reliability but for $950, it was a no-brainer. My Tisas Raider and Tank Commander convinced me to try it out as they have both been 100% with no issues.
Now you need to try a 53 in 556 or 300B.

I had an ap5 but mine did have issues with getting really dirty suppressed. I ended up selling and keeping my Stribog and scorpion, They are my only sub guns that have never jammed ever on me suppressed or non suppressed. I did have a a ghm9 also but still prefer the scorpion and Stribog . I do have a scorpion lower on Stribog.
I have an mp5k and a g3k.. so much fun in full auto! Changed locking pieces on both to run reliable suppressed

My AP5-P has great so far. Eats up everything from 115-147. Did not even have to change the locking piece. Spits brass about 3-5 feet away.

I got an HK SP5 earlier this year. Put a FA Binary trigger in it. It’s absolutely incredible especially suppressed. Did my first form 1, first NFA item actually and it only took 9 days. Now it’s time to get a suppressor. I had been running a fam members Wolfman and it’s great but it’s really big. Think I’m gonna do an Omega 9k.

Blazer ammo is just kinda crummy. I wouldn't use it as a control group in any test.

I love mine the only thing I had to replace was the extractor spring around a little over 10k rounds but I wasn’t a big deal since you get 3 springs on the Mke replacement parts kit

Best suppressor option for the mp5 platform I would have to argue to be the GSL Phoenix. High volume can, very aesthetically pleasing as well.

I've looked over the Lethal Weapons Texas website and can't find any info regarding mag couplers, are they allowed in the Retro Sub Gun (non mod) division..?
Is the MKE easy to convert?
