“BlowMe AI”
China’s COMAC C919 is shaking up the aviation world, presenting a direct challenge to Boeing and Airbus. With a $99 million price tag and cutting-edge technology, this jet is turning heads and threatening the duopoly that has dominated for years. With massive financial backing and the support of…

Are they still using GE engines and American avionics? Sorry China, you can't build an airplane out of tofu dregs. Has it been quslifird to fly in the US or EU? If the qualiyy of their planes is the same as the quality of everything else they make, I wouldn't fly in one.
Competition should be always welcomed
They are flying regularly to the space already
not really
if China will not get rid of all western companies ,will allways be in danger, chinese planes should be 100% chinese,
Hey guys…… China still have very long way to go compete with Boeing, airbus and other aircraft industries of west……
I hope COMAC don't just meet safety level of Boeing ,because the 737 don't rate too high.
F merica
I expect that after Boeing whines to the government, the US will likely attempt to cut off parts due to "national security concerns" After all, those Leap engines could be used for military purposes and it's partly a US company.
USA and the EU give their money to Ukraine and Israel… China invests in technology and business
JAJAJAJA It’s 87% western COMPONETS!!
The engines are made by boing and safran, a French company!!!!
The avionics are Smerican!!!🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣The Chinese are light year away from developing a reliable engine!
Yeah get your certifications first. Europe one. Stupid propaganda crap.
You are just repeating the same info over and over again.
Free market If You’re Not Cheating,
Comac will pull all plugs to make sure their planes are of world quality.
What a lot of rubbish ! LMAO ! The chinese have produced ..wait for it …10 planes in 13 years !!! Although the west has given them 80% of the composants they still cant produce effectively. As a plane its OK but 50 years behind an A320 in terms of range, capacity, comfort, fuel economy… Boeing and Airbus can keep sleeping, China is unsignificant as usual .
Good luck getting landing gears and engines from U.S and FAA approval.
The Chinese are patient
The guy who helped to build boeing planes is a chinese expert he returned to help n advise the creation of 919. ..so c 919 is not really a new kid in town to be laughed at
.
made in china nobody would wish to fly in that unless they were chain to the seats
90% of the airplane made by western not made by them.
CHINA is a new player but formidable. Like their semiconductors they are poised to gain traction in the next few years. From world factory to high quality manufacturing
That tells us here in the united states, those planes should be grounded and not be able to leave the ground Because supporting china's economy is not what we do, especially when we have the banks already doing dumb things
Well, if you had a chance to be in China in the past 5 years, you will have to admit that, in term of advanced technology application in people's daily life, Chinses are already far ahead of us.
American traditional industries used to dominate the world, now they all became stock market directed manuafactories which only want benefit their shareholders profits.
Viva China.
China Gov should mandate that all C919 size aircraft should be used in the China market.
This is due to the treatment of Chinese EVs by U$ and EU.
If a US airplane maker had to silence some whistleblowers, they must have some skeletons to hide about their planes. Cannot trust them.
737 Max 8 is very safe.
On chips and technology, soon the US/West will have nothing to export to Xhina, as China will innovate and produce better. US "Export controls" and sanctions will have no meaning.
The so called "experience" of boeing is a two edged sword. In boeing, it is tilting towards complacency, cutting corners and an overall lack of safety. It will be difficult for Boeing to return to Engineering excellence. Hence the quality and safety of their planes shall remain compromised for a long time, if at all it can return.
No mention of E 195 E 2 by Embraer? A quite modern and safer aircraft.
