@electronicsrepairschool I am by no means ignoring your experiences. It's really extraordinary with this board. I have never seen this before in my life, although I have repaired over 6-7000 laptop mainboards.
I have about 15 of the same laptops here at the moment with the same error. In all of them the gate voltage is too low, the board runs on 18Volt instead of 20Volt and the MosFet gets very hot, in load and battery charging after a few minutes over 200°C. In a few seconds over 120°C
I have a video about it, I can't post the link here. The video is called "Lenovo ThinkPad E14 E15 lässt sich nicht laden – Aftermatch". Measurements under the thermal imaging camera at 1 minute, gate measurement at 4 minutes. Measurements after repair at 12 minute.
5:55 It is very sad that you are ignoring our experience and help again. If the device is still with you, make yourself a fever: open the base plate and look at the board under a thermal camera. You don't even have to remove the board, by the SSD slot it will be burning hot in a few seconds. Then you'll know what we all meant in the comments.
If not, please follow up with a video when the notebook comes back.
