  1. I purchased G16 7630, it is worth for $1500 dollars, but I faced the following issues and I suggest all to go through it before purchasing this laptop.
    1. Keyboard backlight issue- It stopped working after updating all drivers. It took me days to fix it.
    2. Poor Dell Technical Support- they failed to resolve the above issue. They told that the keyboard and palmrest has to be replaced.
    3. Poor thermal design
    4. Bulky Charger
    5. Loaded with Bloatware
    6. No number keys in keyboard
    7. Low quality/ performance SSD and RAM
    8. Smaller touchpad compared to competitors.
    9. Camera quality could be improved.
    10. Dell could have improved it to a power efficient device to consume at least 100W less.

  2. Damn… I bought a Dell G16 7630 for £1399.99 on Black Friday and it has an RTX 4070 8GB GDDR5, i9-13900HX, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM. Everything about it is great except for the 8GB of VRAM. The price of Laptops changes so dramatically over a short period of time

  3. Brother you cannot be serious right? A bigger power supply DOES NOT mean more power usage!! It means it can drive much more powerfull components if required, but it won't use more energy than a smaller one! And also a big power supply also means better components and bigger and better capacitors inside of it also! Come on man is the basics!

  4. Personally I think that Numpads should only be on 17 inch machines. I'm not a fan of Numpads on 16/15 inch displays personally. It doesn't center the keyboard and that bothers me, especially when using the laptop on a desk.
