I purchased G16 7630, it is worth for $1500 dollars, but I faced the following issues and I suggest all to go through it before purchasing this laptop.
1. Keyboard backlight issue- It stopped working after updating all drivers. It took me days to fix it.
2. Poor Dell Technical Support- they failed to resolve the above issue. They told that the keyboard and palmrest has to be replaced.
3. Poor thermal design
4. Bulky Charger
5. Loaded with Bloatware
6. No number keys in keyboard
7. Low quality/ performance SSD and RAM
8. Smaller touchpad compared to competitors.
9. Camera quality could be improved.
10. Dell could have improved it to a power efficient device to consume at least 100W less.

Damn… I bought a Dell G16 7630 for £1399.99 on Black Friday and it has an RTX 4070 8GB GDDR5, i9-13900HX, 1TB SSD, 32GB RAM. Everything about it is great except for the 8GB of VRAM. The price of Laptops changes so dramatically over a short period of time
If you aint got a use for the g15 id like the back casing lmfao broke the hinge screws in mine😂
You didn’t even turn it on
I like the way the back of that laptop looks
What is the weight of the computer?
Brother you cannot be serious right? A bigger power supply DOES NOT mean more power usage!! It means it can drive much more powerfull components if required, but it won't use more energy than a smaller one! And also a big power supply also means better components and bigger and better capacitors inside of it also! Come on man is the basics!
And I thought that the 300W power brick Lenovo gave me for my Ryzen 5 + 3060 Legion 5 was overkill
I miss my G5 5505 SE. it was such a fun laptop. One of the first with amd cpu and GPU. Maybe I'll buy a used one…
day 1 of asking for the bad pc's u review 😪
A numpad doesn’t belong on a laptop, if you want a numpad, get a wireless one. I want good sounding speakers instead.
my G15 with the 127h and 3060 came with the 240W
WHO ELSE BUT QUAGMIRE…
The missing numpad is better if you use the arrow keys. I despise the trend dell has of making them half-height.
i like computer
Imo bro , spend some more time in scripting and pre recorded voice with footage is far better
Do they have a Ryzen model?
I like Asus, my luck has been very good with them.
Personally I think that Numpads should only be on 17 inch machines. I'm not a fan of Numpads on 16/15 inch displays personally. It doesn't center the keyboard and that bothers me, especially when using the laptop on a desk.
Dell has always made the ugliest products.
They have mastered "ugly".
