Tik Tok is owned by a guy from Singapore and not Chinese. We have a Renault Austral self charging hybrid and it is really practical and lovely to drive. Best of both worlds by being really economical and effortless to drive without the added frustration of needing to work out where we need to charge up on journeys. I agree with Geoff where there's a market for all three vehicle types and just let people decide for themselves what to buy.
