I reach out to corporate immediately. You have a detailed papertrail. Include efforts to reach out to their corporate office once you do. Then contact a lawyer and have them reach out. Games over. And a monthly payment of over 1k for a scat…😮 Lexus all day…

Newer cars are just glue and snap together plastic. It'll be difficult to restore and duplicate what the robots have done. Not like the older cars.
Sometimes what happens is that when the cars are being built since all of them are brand new once they come into temperature change a lot of these panels have a tendency to expand depending on weather the issue that I'm having with my 23 Challenger RT is at my front suspension bottoms out every time I hit a small pot hole or even crossing through railroad tracks has anybody had this issue ?? I don't think this is a normal thing especially for a brand new car and on stock suspension my 23 Challenger RT came with Bill stained shocks. 🤷
My 2023 Swinger Challenger has driver side window issues makes a snapping noise when I put it up…problem is it never does it when it's at the dealership now leaving scratch marks on the window but they won't fix it till they hear the window noise

Lemon Law should help… under warranty and a defect that effects value/use of the vehicle… may need an attorney to advise, lemon law usually requires repair attempts (depending on state). I have no idea why Dodge wouldn’t buy it back because it’s a liability to the manufacturer. Don’t even deal with the dealer, just the manufacturer

I feel really bad for the owner. What an ordeal! Dodge wants to have the car repaired because they don't want to be liable if it crashes and injures / kills someone in the future / the story gets exposed / Dodge gets sued for 10's o' millions $$$…

Please get your facts straight and quit blaming Unifor; the union fights constantly with the company and management to do the right thing and not let cars leave the plant that aren't perfect. Unfortunately, management's response, 9 times out of 10, is to "ship it!" The worker's on the assembly line take pride in their work, and if they had their way, they would not let a lot of the cars go until the proper repairs were done.

Doesn't make sense, if the shop says it is repaired correctly why wouldn't they report it to carfax as repaired correctly? Sounds like the guy is just trying to get out of paying for the car.
