Chuck what camera do you recommend for looking down a downspout- something I can connect to my iPhone? Thanks for any info
If your property allows it, instead of draining into the street, think about draining into a rain garden. It is a small contribution to reducing runoff, recharging groundwater and reducing the load on the municipal/county system that handles water drainage. And if done correctly, it is a great landscape feature. (p.s. A rain garden is not the same as a rain barrel.)

Don't glue any of those fittings. Makes for easier replacement down the road. Slip fitted like it was in the beginning is good enough.
