  1. awesome work! Makes me want to build my own, even if I sadly lack many of the skills and machines to pull it off. Maybe a less complex and more easily replicable build could be an idea for the future? I'd love to see a variant which uses only an FDM printer and can be replicated with medium amount of effort for true open source custom fitted earbuds.

  2. Great project, excellent documentation of the process.
I found myself wanting to see the modeling steps (just because I have no experience on those particular modeling tools).
This would be a two month project for me. How much calendar time did you spend, end-to-end?

  3. Absolutely incredible design and assembly process. I did think it was a bit odd that you didn't mention the sound quality at all – I think a follow up video with your thoughts after using them would be great.

  4. Those are hands down the coolest earbuds and case I've ever seen. Very cyberpunk. *chef's kiss* And the video was so well done, I stayed riveted and fascinated throughout. I eagerly look forward to your next project.

  5. Very cool. Though personally I’d have designed the IEMs and the charging case to have user-replaceable batteries. Or LiFePO4 cells that would last a lot longer, though you’d have to check the undervoltage cutoff threshold of the IEMs and modify the charging voltage of the case.
