  1. The first red flag was or best offer but these china companies are faking everything ,I like for most of my electrics Ernie ball 10s but they are faking them even down to the packaging and printing ,I say say nuke um lol ,but really its insane that you think your paying for something that is a copy especially strings and you really dont know until you put them on someones guitar and instantly know they are fake and I buy them in bulk

  2. Wish I could give this rant two thumbs up. Tried to cancel buying a vacuum part within 2 minutes of purchase the other day because of confusion of part number SGME0 vs SGMF0… Seller took 24 hours to reply but refused and anothrer 24 hours went by before they sent small part in big box, no packaging. Fortunately right part turned up undamaged – it could have been a $200 lesson in not using ebay…

  3. Totally unrelated, but I was wondering what you use to determine when valves are history?
I have an emissions tester, but I don’t think it’s of much benefit.

  4. they're for 30 buck childrens ACOUSTIC guitars.
but as that's a small market they're sold for anything even if it won't work.

at least thomans cheap strings work just fine.

  5. I used to buy string off of Amazon. I was running through strings way too fast and found out some are selling counterfeit strings. So not I only buy from Sweetwater or if I use Amazon it’s from the string makers legit Amazon store.

  6. Have you heard of the EB clones going around ??? I only use EB slinkys or Paradigms but I swear I’ve bought clones from local shops. Snapping easily , parts of strings oxidised etc. wtf going on

  7. "What's a nasal pillow"? I use one myself, it's a type of CPAP mask for people with sleep apnea, an intermittent partial collapse of airway muscles that prevents people with the condition from breathing as they sleep. A nasal pillow doesn't cover your entire nose, or nose and mouth both, like some other masks do —- the elastic straps pull the nasal cushions up against your nostrils from below. I tried several different nasal, full face and nasal "pillow" masks ( ResMed brand, like the CPAP air pump I use) but couldn't tolerate them for a full night's sleep. l am currently using Respironics brand Nuance Pro nasal pillows, which have gel-filled cushions and straps for a better air seal and minimal discomfort. From searching Amazon, it appears that the Internet is awash in what are likely to counterfeit CPAP supplies at half-price, which can have a negative effect on your ability to sleep restfully and possibly even cause or exacerbate life-threatening conditions.

PS, on stormy nights (like last night), if I wake up in the middle of the night to the sound of rushing wind, I have to think for a second, is that a tornado outside or is my CPAP mask leaking air? 🤔 ( Apparently there was indeed a low-power tornado or two elsewhere in my state yesterday)

  8. Naa, no way mate!!
