  1. When I was a young mother, my neighbor taught me how to make homemade manicotti noodles. They look pretty much like crepes and are so tender. You make the “crepes” and place your filling down the center and roll them up. This keeps you from having to stuff them. We prefer a white sauce with cheese inside the noodle and place a meat sauce on the bottom and over the middle of the noodles. Then we put the white sauce over the top of the red sauce, then put mozzarella and Parmesan over that…DELICIOUS❣️ thank you for bringing back the memories 🥰 I love watching your channel.

  2. Sorry if you already mentioned this in the video, but do you thaw your meats, put them in the marinade, and the put them back in the freezer? I order my meat from a local farm, and it’s frozen when delivered. I’ve been wanting to do marinades, but I wasn’t sure if I could thaw it some and then refreeze.

  3. Becky, you do have an air fryer! All an air fryer is, is a little convection oven. You said previously that your gas oven has a convection setting. Bake those taquitos on convection, and it's the same thing as air frying. You can even buy oven baskets for "air frying" in the oven.

  4. I’m looking for the casserole freezer dishes with lids that you use. I often use the throw away pans with plastic wrap and aluminum throw away lids. Would like to upgrade reusable glass ones and was curious of the success with the ones you use? Didn’t see any on your affiliate list.

  5. If im not mistaken i had left a comment under a video where i ask you to not put the things you already chopped on the cutting board by bringing them with the cutting board to the side of the pan because it might be dangerous, the pan might tilt and fell etc, im glad you're not doing it this time! I dont know if you did that because you read my comment though hehe but that's okay, it's hard watching you do that sometimes because sometimes, accident happened

  6. To me, this woman is a phenomenon. It’s her and another English influencer who does fashion and home decor content. Somehow you guys are able to keep people engaged enough for an hour just by being yourselves. I just find that so incredible.

  7. Can you tell us how you mark the silicone bags? I've use a dry erase marker so far, but have no idea how/if that will wash off, as the bags are still in the freezer? I've done garlic and ginger "pucks", pre chopped celery, carrots and a couple other things which are of course easy to identify, but would do more in silicone bags if I knew how to mark them AND get the marks off!

  8. Been watching a long time and continue to enjoy your content. I have however noted over recent vids that the ads are starting to get a bit obtrusive. We have a channel and I know a little while back YouTube made some changes that meant our community was getting spammed by YouTube with the level of ads. We have to manually jump in every upload now to wind the ads back for our veiwers. Might be worth a check you are happy with the level of ads, rather than what YouTube does automatically now.

  9. It's not necessary to boil the manicotti noodles before filling them! (nor lasagne-and you def don't need fancy, aka more expensive "no boil" noodles) Just make whatever sauce is going on top a bit more "saucy" and they will cook just fine! Plus, uncooked noodles don't tear as easily as even half boiled ones! WIN With leftover rice, you can also put it back on the stove with mile & sugar and make rice pudding for dessert!

  10. Your videos have come such a long way! I can tell you are listening to feedback – much appreciated and good for you! A little word from a fan: You have so many skills – what is “easy” for you may not be for us – maybe say – that wasn’t so bad! Or, that came together quicker than I thought! I would not want your viewers to feel bad because it was supposed to be easy, that’s all.

Yours is my favorite channel by far! I love picking up ideas and seeing how you put flavors together. My mom resented cooking, so it’s nice to see someone who enjoys it but also admits there are many days where it is not top of mind! Especially when you are sick or have a cold – these freezer meals are lifesavers! Keep up the good work!

  11. What a great bunch of recipes! I have never made any of these before, so I am excited. I love making freezer meals and they are so handy! Great for when you don't have time to cook, need a meal for a friend or are under the weather. Planning ahead and makes a huge difference in how hectic life is. You inspire me every time I watch one of your videos. Thank you for bringing us along and sharing your recipes. I love your freezer pans with the plastic lids. Can you share a link or the brand? Mine all have higher domed lids that take up extra space in both the fridge and freezer. I love that yours are flat.

  12. I shall be 74 this year and have never really liked cooking although spent 40yrs making what I called school dinner meals out of necessity; however Having recently discovered this channel I find I just love to follow along and as a keen gardener with an allotment for vegetable growing love the produce side. For me though the best part is feeling a connection with someone else out there who is so lovely and you never know I might even be trying some of the preserving recipes in 2024 ❤

  13. I got the opportunity to use my new Nanasko knives over the holidays and oh what a difference they make. So happy with my Christmas gift to myself. Thank you for the savings code.

  14. I love these videos! They make me want to go prep all of my meals 😅 can you do more vegetarian meals please? I’m vegetarian and love your recipes but have a hard time translating them to meat free alternatives
