Glue sticks get melted inside the glue gun and that’s what comes out, melted glue sticks, so naturally it’s hot. And obviously you should NEVER ever put a hot glue or hot liquid inside of any charging port or hole in the phone unless you want to destroy it by melting the insides.
What’s a better method?
PhoneRepairGuru, what *is* the most effective method?
does it damage the charging port though?
It’s all fun and game till you rip the gold pins out
What if a piece of glue stays inside lol
What do I do if I have blue-green stuff coming off on the charger every time I remove it from the phone. Also RIP micro USB, there are no cables at my Dollar store
And here I’m using Dust Off and a quick drying contact cleaner safe for sensitive electronics.
Bro the half phone 💀💀
where do you get phone for free
send me one
Nope
saw a video for that and one of the comments said use a staple. was having issues with my phones port being clogged so figured worth a try, its battery life is already so bad im considering getting a new phone outright. none of the chargers at work will stay in and the one it came with barely holds on and will only slow charge.
so i took a staple, bent it straight on one end, and carefully dug around the center bit, type c phone, and managed to pull a massive dust collection out. now all the chargers work and phone charges fine.
carefully with a staple is the best hack!
YOUR GONNA PULL THE PINSS OUTT STOOOP
pls try on iphone 15 pro
You suck at making vids
How about using AIR genius
Biggest fear is it ripping instead of being pulled out
Scalding hot glue right to the inside of your phone? Nah, I think I'm good.
I did this to my old phone and it completely worked.
I ended up selling my new phone and used my old phone for years with no further issues. I did get a case that covered the charging port hole so I wouldn't have to do this hack again.
