for the first one, i don't have a power option nor a 'run' option.
for the second one i don't have 'best power efficiency' as an option. i have balanced but that's in the control panel. in the bit where you are i have a section called 'energy recommendations' – is that the same as power? did windows rebrand this?
there is no drop down mennu for power mode.
I'm in the UK. I've watched one video by an american and now this one and the options are different to mine.

Also try lowering the screen refresh rate from 60hz to 40hz. This is the killer move
Background app ka option nahi aa raha or widow spotlight mai next picture change kanai ka option hide hai
