provide snacks (chips and cookies and people will come!).. Also, when are your live streams? Would try to watch live
That motion sensing instrument is scaring my cat! Could it be tuned to a much bassier tone range? Love the touchpad instrument
Meeting room at public library or a studio at the local public access tv station would work (and the public access channel would have volunteer videographers to record–have that house band in the background!). Have it on a regular day (e.g., second Tuesday of every month). Would have to let tv station show the footage–probably. I would love to attend such an event
I wish I were closer to Philly. A Nerd Squad meet up sounds great but I'm in NC. But I'm always happy to see the theremin in your videos!
1:32:20 What happened to subscriptions? I pretty much only interact with YouTube via my subscription feed. I can't imagine the chaos of clicking videos on my homepage.
Why did it stop so abruptly?
Also, Polite Conversations Podcast. And others. My picks, just sharing.
That's the thing that keeps me from building even a small shop. Too much passive income in this country, not enough respect for people who produce.
Aww, I love the little Kaossilator you have on the desk in the thumbnail, Fran. Really makes me miss mine. Peace to you
I love the sound of the chaoscillator!
I hate the theremin. Never heard one played properly. An abomination of a musical sic instrument. Please chuck it out the nearest window. 😂
You had me at the theremin.
NYC slumlords are bad enough in NYC, and even worse when they expand to neighboring states in search of more tenants to screw over. The small college town near me has a bunch of substandard rental housing owned by New Yorkers who don't keep up the property in behalf of their tenants and are perennially behind on their property taxes. Former industrial sites are sprinkled all over the place and are just sitting there unused for years with for rent or for sale signs on them. Apparently the tax laws are sufficiently bent in favor of landlords that they can allow property to sit unused for years and not have it bring them any income until such time as they are able to get a ridiculous sale price or monthly rent for it.
set your own pace Fran, f the algorithm, we'll be here
You OK? Your feed stopped a little sudenly.
