Since I started watching your channel cast on our TV, my dad has been watching with me. As we are watching this, he said, “Text Becky and tell her one of the best things I ever made was Pear sauce (like apple sauce) with cinnamon.” The pears on our trees were too hard to eat so he made sauce out of it and it was sooo good. I also made pear honey with them.
I remember last year when you were busy stocking your freezer with meals so that you could just focus on your new baby. What really brought stocking up home to me was when you and Josh got snowed in, yet you were still able to feed your family excellent meals. I even remember you mentioning how Josh was so amazed that you did not lack for anything while you were not able to get out – in fact, you were thriving! I very much enjoy watching your journey. So impressive!

Ninja Chef blender….I make flours, nut butters, smoothies, purees, etc. Love that baby. It can be loud, but it is working hard to make me lots of things.
Mix the mock pineapple (maybe blend for better texture?) with the ketchup you don't love and add some stuff to make a pineapple bbq sauce! WIll be so yummy.
You could use the mock pineapple for a dump cake. Usually it's a can of crushed pineapple mixed with a can of cherry pie filling topped with a box of cake mix and a stick of butter (either melted or cut in chunks). Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or until the top is golden.

I'd use the mock pineapple for chicken salad: Cooked chicken breast, mayo, curry powder, microplaned onion, diced granny smith apple, hard boiled egg whites
