Musk didn't buy it for a reason . When. company puts itself up for sale in generally get a company like Morgan Stanley etc ( big firms who negotiate sales ) Any firm would have contacted Elon Must . So you can conclude Musk had no interest because he was phasing them out of his supply chain and replacing them with someone else or bringing it in house .
GM's EV Silverado production line can't produce more than 1 EV Silverado per week, I can't understand how that's possible, you'd think they'd have learned something during their ramp up of the Hummer to a blistering pace of 4 per week. It's going to take them so long to make Celestiq's they'll call them individual 1 offs.

Other way round GM makes 7 million vehicles is the 4th or 5th largest profit . Tesla is a low volume maker struggling to get to 2 million vehicles per annum and is 19th on the list for profit incidentally 19th on the list for quality and reliability which is very poor .
