Very Nice Project but this Zimaboard is very expensive 229 BP, need to save for a very long time for this project
Sorry but I disagree with your description of 'Low Cost, +£200 is not low cost'
is this guide will remove casa os from zimaboard?

I use this as well on RPi 3+, and is a bit slow. After set to boot to cli is better
Exactly this is the setup im using..
There may be two problems after installation, the first is with Docker, you need to return an older version. And the second problem is it just won’t load, then you need it.
But it I had problems like this with Raspberry Pi 3 B+
If it doesn't work after installation, try uninstalling it
sudo dpkg -r homeassistant-supervised
And delete the homeassistant folder
Configuration folder /usr/share/hassio
and reinstall
sudo dpkg -i homeassistant-supervised.deb
