  1. I turned 36k into 650k in 2 years and 650k into 5M (in equity) in another 3 years. It's definitely doable for a w2. Especially if you have a retirement account you can borrow from. A lot of investors use other people's money so they start with nothing down of their own. I need to learn that skill.

  2. I'm a single, 43-year-old father who resides in Hamburg. If everything continues to go well for me, I intend to retire at age 50. I couldn't be happier right now than I am that I just bought my first house last month. I'm so happy that I made wise choices that altered my life forever.

  3. Been following Zuber for about 3 years now (almost 4). He really changed my perspective on real estate and how I viewed it. Lots of bad info out there and he's been very accurate.

Also – his Daily Financial News is a staple of my week.

  4. What a great podcast, learned so much and all topics covered were completely relevant to me which makes me hopeful about the future. Thanks for putting this together and thanks to Zuber.

  5. I didn't become financially independent until I was in my late 40's and I'm still in my 40's. In addition to having purchased my second home and earning money on a monthly basis through passive income,I've also achieved three out of five goals .l just hope this inspires someone to realize that it doesn't matter if you don't have any of these things yet,you can start today no matter your age.Change your future by investing! I made a rather big decision by investing in financial market.

  6. I was seriously looking into real-estate investing about 10-15 years ago here in Indianapolis, looking at houses or duplexes. Unfortunately all the duplexes were in terrible neighborhoods or they were in really nice areas where the price was too high. There were lots of single family homes available but I could only calculate out $200 a month cash flow. Which I thought $2400 per year? Doesn’t seem worth it, your average bad tenants would wipe that out in heart beat.

But I had a good friend who made it happen years before me and had over 40 units, so I am sure there is a way to make it work. But seems like a very precarious few years starting out.

  7. I’m a new dad, I moved to the Bay Area a few years ago and I’m thinking of purchasing a single family home, but with real estate prices currently through the roof, is it still a good idea to buy a home or should I invest in stocks for now and just wait for a housing market correction? I heard Nvidia and AMD are strong buys.

  8. I Hit 110k today. Thank you for all the knowledge and nuggets you had thrown my way over the last months. Started last month 2024. Financial education is indeed required for more than 70% of the society in the country as very few are literate on the subject. thanks to Brooke Miller for helping me achieve this
